Today I had a picnic. It has been a while since I have done that. It was pleasant and beachy feeling no work all play just me and my man.

thats a little more calories but you are getting more protein and fiber that helps you
 stay fuller longer!


When in doubt put the high fat items on the side like the tartar sauce and the like.

Do you know your resting heart rate if you are a woman and it is high at resting you
are tripling your chances for a heart attack and / or heart disease. It is supposed to be between 60-90
beats per minute!

The ten second heart rate test is here! take your heart rate in the morning by taking your
right wrist and holding it out and then taking yur left index and middle finger between the
bone of the upper right wrist there is a very soft spot you can easliy find your heart beat in
and then count it for ten seconds and then times by 6 and that gives you your minute resting heart
beat if it is consistantly over 90 you triple your risk for heart disease. exercise can fix this.

What stresses you out the most being unorganized of course!
sticky note calendars are a huge help with organizing time. maybe use a different color for each
kid or for particular drs or events but be sure to put in QUIET TIME for YOU!

Another thing is a creative commando corner customize it in the space that you have with hooks or
chargers or whatever use your imagination. so you are ready for the most important things as you go about
your busy day!

divide your meat into smaller segments in your freezer.
